This position is vital in Morgan’s aspiration to achieve Zero Harm. The role will be part of the ESG group team and will work in close partnership with this team and the EHS GBU Leads. The role covers creating, organising and communicating content around the culture change programme, coordinating and progressing the programme and training roll out using ambassadors. This role is at the heart of the culture change that Morgan is progressing through. We are aiming for Zero harm, we are striving for a level 5 ‘caring culture’. To progress us towards that culture we have 5 thinkSAFE commitments that we are bringing to life. This role manages the programme that aims to achieve that goal of a level 5 ‘caring culture’ where the commitments are lived ‘every time, all of the time’ The role is positioned in a corporate overhead function which allows for involvement and visibility across any of Morgan’s business units globally. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join a growing team and make a rewarding impact. The role is full time, permanently remote position. Candidates based in Europe are preferred, although consideration will be given to candidates in other regions.
