Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience ($21.00 - $26.00)

Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Specialist III to join our Technical Ceramics team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards for our customers. Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3–5 years of mechanical inspection experience; ceramic materials background a plus
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
  • Experience using manual and computer-controlled CMM and optical gaging devices
  • Strong math skills (geometry, trigonometry)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic statistical sampling methods
  • Familiarity with ISO Quality Systems, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action
  • ASQC Certified Mechanical Inspector certification required within one year of hire

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
  • Comfort working on the production floor up to 50% of the time
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and performing visual/tactile part inspections
  • Experience motivating others to improve quality and efficiency
