Responsibilities

The qualified individual will be responsible for the following: 

  • Planning and scheduling of three primary manufacturing lines
  • Production Planner representative for facility.
  • Liaison between local facility and internal customer locations:
  • Coordinate Non-BPCS signals to HQ Purchasing (i.e. “Non-inventory items and or exceptional inventory item coordination)
  • Serve as liaison between facility and Quality Manager in Greenville.
  • Optimize and maintain inventory levels based on customer demand and supply chain flows and volumes.
  • Operate in close connection with the sales and customer service team to ensure raw materials and finished goods are stocked and product is delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Revise and update quality documentation as required.
  • Work with Site Quality Manager to improve and audit quality system for compliance to ISO and customer requirements.
  • Works with production teams to ensure on time delivery of products.

 

 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a relevant field such as supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Math/Statistics, or Business.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in supply chain discipline required (material, purchasing or other supply chain discipline) or quality supervisor experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
  • Strong ERP knowledge in a system.

Preferred: 

 

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management/supervisory role is preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience with a solid manufacturing background with an emphasis in material, purchasing and supply chain improvement preferred.
  • APICS CPIM, CSCM or CPM certification preferred.
  • LEAN implementation experience preferred.
  • ISO 9001 exposure to documentation or ISO 9001 quality system a plus.
  • Implementation D365 preferred.
