The Maintenance Mechanic III is responsible for performing all mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance on equipment in the plant as assigned by Supervisor. Rebuild equipment; move machines; install racks, traps, etc. Re-brick or insulate high temperature kilns. Machine parts such as collars, shafts, etc. Do carpentry, sheet metal, plumbing, all welding, etc., as required. Keep records. Will have knowledge in power tools such as lathe, milling machine, drill press, surface grinder, hand saw, etc. Forming and welding equipment. Measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, Vernier gauges, etc. Hand tools common to the mechanical trade. The Mechanic would be responsible for producing product, inspecting using typical measuring equipment, and recording data on all required documents

                                                                                      **SIGN ON BONUS** The Tool and Die Maker is responsible for the setup and operating CNC mills and lathes including multi-axis equipment, mill turns, wire EDM, grinders and/or other machining equipment. The Advanced Lapping Operator is responsible for setting up and operating conventional machine tools used to lap company product to customer specifications. Introduction to advanced print reading and inspection methodology. Inspect produced company product using typical measuring equipment. The Advance Lapping Operator should be detail oriented and capable of maintaining process documentation with precision. The Operator would be responsible for producing product, inspecting using typical measuring equipment, and recording data on all required documents.   This position is for our 2nd shift starting at 1:30pm Monday through Friday. Initial Training will be during the day shift for the first 4 to 6 weeks depending on effective training. This means fit-for-purpose, always up-to-date IT services on a green footprint that maximize our people’s capabilities to drive business value.   To do so, the OneIT team is currently executing on a strategic roadmap to make significant step changes in IT performance and business value from IT.   The global IT Operations team have responsibility for making sure all IT services delight our internal and external customers. Our aim is to maximise the value Morgan business derive from IT services with minimal disruption while delivering as cost effectively as possible.   This key role is responsible for managing end to end delivery of Morgan’s Azure tenant and hosting services. Initially this role is embedded within the project team to support completion of a major infrastructure modernisation programme: Moving IT services to up-to-date and centrally managed public and private cloud solutions. Beyond hosting services, this role will be responsible for governing the full Morgan Azure tenant through defining and managing the governance framework and controls across its services.   To deliver this with high levels of customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner requires a drive for excellent customer service, strong leadership skills, commercial awareness and good Infrastructure Management experience.

The Maintenance Mechanic I is responsible for performing the basic repair on Ceramics production and production support equipment.   Assist in installation of new equipment and preventative maintenance of ceramic production and production support equipment. Introduction to high temperature kilns, clean room procedures and equipment and basic electrical trouble shooting. Responsible for collecting and disposing of waste throughout the ceramics manufacturing area. Assist in all cleanup of any material spills. Provides support for the Maintenance Handymen in completing assigned tasks.   The Operator would be responsible for producing product, inspecting using typical measuring equipment, and recording data on all required documents.
