Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role focused on operational readiness and change management during the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

You'll spend your time working closely with production teams, supervisors, subject matter experts, and project stakeholders. One day you might be coordinating training activities, the next you'll be reviewing workflow challenges after go-live or helping site teams understand why a process has changed.

If you've been involved in ERP implementations before and know how to turn complex system changes into practical operational improvements, you'll be right at home.

What You'll Do

  • Lead site-level change management activities to support the Dynamics 365 ERP rollout
  • Act as the key link between the ERP programme team and shop floor operations
  • Develop and coordinate local training plans based on operational needs
  • Deliver and support ERP-related training to ensure teams are ready for go-live
  • Assess the impact of system changes on production workflows and identify improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate local testing activities, including scenario identification and user participation
  • Support data validation and migration activities
  • Monitor site readiness, adoption, and process compliance before and after go-live
  • Work with supervisors and operational leaders to address workflow deviations and improve adherence
  • Track risks, issues, and business impacts, escalating where appropriate
  • Support stakeholder communications and help maintain engagement throughout the project
  • Provide feedback to the ERP project team on user adoption, challenges, and potential process gaps
  • Assist with project documentation and site-level implementation planning
  • Help ensure the right people are available at the right time during critical project phases

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, or a similar platform
  • Strong background in change management, training delivery, process improvement, or operational transformation
  • Experience working within manufacturing, production, or shop floor environments
  • Solid project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline operators to project leadership teams
  • Experience supporting testing, readiness activities, go-live events, and hypercare support
  • Strong Excel and data validation skills
  • Experience using Azure DevOps would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • The ability to explain the "why" behind change and help people bring it to life
You'll also be someone who:
  • Builds trust and positive working relationships
  • Remains resilient when plans change (because ERP projects occasionally have a habit of doing that)
  • Takes ownership and works well with minimal supervision
  • Leads by example, particularly when it comes to safety and quality
  • Stays calm, organised, and focused during busy rollout periods

What You'll Get

  • A fixed-term assignment supporting a major business transformation programme
  • The opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation
  • Exposure to cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, and operational leadership
  • A collaborative environment where your experience and practical input will be valued
  • Flexibility may be required during key project phases such as testing, cutover, and go-live activities
  • Pay Rate: $70 - $100 per hour
