Production Technician

Are you ready to make an impact in the manufacturing industry? We are looking for a Production Technician to join our team, working with Min-K flex sheets to produce high-quality products in a safe and efficient manner. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about working in a hands-on, dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate machinery and use tools to meet production goals.
  • Maintain high production standards by adhering to quality and safety protocols.
  • Cross-train in various roles within the Production department to support the team.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, process deficiencies, and any unsafe conditions.
  • Complete production documentation and ensure products meet customer specifications.
  • Perform daily risk assessments at the beginning of each shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
