We are looking for a Production Technician to join our team, working with Min-K flex or metal sheets to produce high-quality heat shield products in a safe and efficient manner. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about working in a hands-on, dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate machinery and use tools to meet production goals.
  • Maintain high production standards by adhering to quality and safety protocols.
  • Cross-train in various roles within the Production department to support the team.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, process deficiencies, and any unsafe conditions.
  • Complete production documentation and ensure products meet customer specifications.
  • Perform daily risk assessments at the beginning of each shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person.
  • A strong focus on safety, quality, and doing the job right first time.
  • The ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and production schedules.
  • Comfortable working with machinery, tools, and manual handling duties.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to spot potential issues before they become bigger problems.
