Responsibilities

This Job is onsite in Remagen. No remote!

 

  • Digitize personnel and company records 

  • Scan, categorize, and archive documents 

  • Perform quality checks on digitized files 

  • Organize and maintain document filing systems 

  • Assist with general administrative tasks 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Careful, structured, and detail-oriented working style
  • Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft OAice applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
