EHS Supervisor

The Thermal Ceramics division designs, manufactures and installs a broad range of thermal insulation products that significantly reduce energy consumption and emissions in a variety of high temperature processing applications. Our product offering is extensive and covers application needs from Industrial to Commercial markets.

主要职责：
1. 组织或者参与拟订公司安全，职业健康以及环保相关规章制度、操作规程和生产安全，环境事故应急救援预案。并组织参与公司应急救援演练；
2. 组织参与本单位安全EHS教育和培训，如实记录教育和培训情况；
3. 组织开展危险源辨识和评估，督促落实本重大危险源的安全管理措施；
4. 检查公司的安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议。并督促落实安全生产整改措施；
5. 制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为；
6. 做好与EHS相关政府部门的协调沟通工作；
7. 定期识别汇报法规符合性事宜，并按要求及时采取纠正、预防措施；
8. 组织完成EHS事故报告，调查及纠正措施并跟踪纠正及预防措施确保有效关闭

资格要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，环境、健康和安全或工程相关专业优先
2. 8年专职制造型企业EHS相关工作经验。
3. 持有注册安全工程师执业资质优先。
4. 可以将英语作为工作语言。
