Overview

Senior Quality Manager

Location: San Juan del Río, Querétaro, Mexico

The context

This is a senior, hands‑on Quality leadership role in a growing manufacturing plant. The kind of place where quality actually matters — to customers, to operations, and to the bottom line.
You’ll own the full Quality function end‑to‑end. Not just keeping certificates on the wall, but making sure quality shows up every day on the shop floor, in supplier performance, and in what leaves the dock.

The role

You’ll lead the site’s Quality strategy and make sure the Quality Management System works in real life, not just during audits. From incoming materials to final release, you’ll be accountable for product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
You’ll spend time where the problems are — on the floor, with operations, suppliers, and customers — fixing issues properly and building a strong, practical quality culture.
