Engineering Academy Budapest 12-Month Program + International Relocation

Overview:

A 12-month structured Engineering Academy program based in Budapest, designed for early-career engineers.  It includes hands-on experience, training, and exposure to different functions, with international relocation.

Responsibilities:

• Working on engineering projects across functions
• Supporting production / process improvements
• Data analysis andproblem solving
• Collaboration with global teams
• Learning multiple areas of the business

Qualifications:

• Recently graduated in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering (BS to PhD), or up to 4 years' experience
• Fluent english speaker
• Curious, practical and happy to get hands-on
• Keen to build a long-term career in manufacturing and materials
• Open to relocation and new environments
• Able to start in September 2026
