Production Supervisor – San Juan del Río, Querétaro

Keeping production running smoothly takes more than pushing a plan through the shop floor. It takes someone who can juggle people, machines, safety, quality, numbers, and the occasional unexpected surprise (because there’s always one). That’s where you come in.
You’ll be joining a team that makes sure our CNC and finishing areas deliver what our customers need—on time, safely, and at the quality level they expect. Your work keeps the entire operation moving in the right direction.

Responsibilities

The Role

You’ll run the day‑to‑day of the shift: keeping people safe, machines running, and production on track. You’ll plan, coordinate, check, correct, support, report, and keep everything documented and flowing. In short: you keep the line healthy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and monitor daily area conditions, PPE use, and safety practices.
  • Schedule and execute the weekly CNC and finishing production plan.
  • Supervise operators to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate program changes and adjustments with CNC programmers.
  • Prepare shift reports covering production, scrap, productivity, and timing.
  • Manage area documentation (SOS sheets, routers, FACS) to track productivity and yield.
  • Update and validate attendance, OT, vacations, and permits for accurate payroll.
  • Report and follow up on equipment or facility issues with Maintenance.
  • Balance operator assignments according to production needs.
  • Manage materials and supplies required for production and safety.
  • Identify and propose improvements in safety, quality, maintenance, and productivity.
  • Collect daily inventory data and coordinate monthly physical inventory.
  • Upload weekly part‑number information to the ERP for proper billing and inventory control.

Qualifications

About You

  • You’ve completed a technical degree, baccalaureate, or engineering studies (engineering is a plus, not a deal‑breaker).
  • You’re comfortable leading people and keeping them aligned.
  • You handle MS Office without blinking.
  • You communicate clearly, work well with others, and don’t panic under pressure.
  • You can keep order in a busy area and still notice when something looks “off.”

Nice to Have

  • Experience in CNC or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • A knack for continuous improvement and solving problems without overcomplicating them.

What You’ll Get

You’ll join a team that values safety, steady production, and people who take initiative. You’ll have the chance to develop, influence your area, and contribute to improvements that actually get implemented—not just stuck on a board.
