ERP & Manufacturing Process Coordinator – 12‑Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Martinsicuro, Italy

Shaping the future (literally).

We make high‑performance carbon, graphite, and carbide products that help everything from electric cars to wind turbines run better and faster. Our materials quietly power billions of lives—keeping pumps efficient, helping deliver water where it’s needed, and supporting safety on land and in the air.

We’re a UK‑listed business with ~8,000 people, manufacturing across 20+ countries and serving a genuinely global customer base. This role sits at the heart of one of our key sites, helping us get the most out of Dynamics 365 and keeping production running smoothly.

The Role

You’ll be the go‑to person for everything D365‑related on site. One part daily operational support, one part data detective, one part process improver. You’ll work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and IT to make sure production orders, inventory data, and processes are right first time and stay that way.

If you’re curious, and not scared of rolling your sleeves up on the shop floor, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

  • Review and manage daily production orders in D365.
  • Check and confirm orders can be reported as finished and closed.
  • Keep production and quality order data accurate and up to date.
  • Verify shop‑floor inventory aligns with what the system says.
  • Support and enforce FIFO logic for material consumption.
  • Act as D365 Super User for manufacturing processes.
  • Work with Engineering to tidy and validate BOMs, routings and master data.
  • Spot and fix data or process inconsistencies before they become bigger issues.
  • Support future MRP module rollout, including testing and user training.

Qualifications

About You

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or similar.
  • Some experience in manufacturing, supply chain or ERP environments is helpful, not essential.
  • Interested in how things are made and how data flows through a factory.
  • Comfortable working with shop‑floor teams as well as office‑based colleagues.
  • Good with numbers, processes, and digging into details.
  • Pragmatic, structured, hands‑on, and happy to take ownership.
  • Clear communicator who can explain things simply, not just technically.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Previous internships or project work in production or supply chain settings.

What You’ll Get

A chance to build real experience in an international manufacturing environment, working with modern systems and teams who’ll help you grow. You’ll play an active role in improving how the site runs while learning skills that’ll serve you well long‑term.
