The Thermal Ceramics division designs, manufactures and installs a broad range of thermal insulation products that significantly reduce energy consumption and emissions in a variety of high temperature processing applications. Our product offering is extensive and covers application needs from Industrial to Commercial markets.

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Produktionsplanung
• Verantwortlich für Zielvereinbarungen, Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Jahresgespräche
• Sicherstellung einer klaren Aufgabenverteilung und Vertretungsregelungen
• Förderung einer offenen, lösungsorientierten Teamkultur
• Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung der Produktionspläne
• Abstimmung der Kapazitäten (Personal, Maschinen, Materialien)
• Sicherstellung von Lieferterminen und Produktionszielen
• Überwachung von Plan‑/Ist‑Abweichungen und Umsetzung von Gegenmaßnahmen
• Erstellung von Bedarfsanalysen und Forecasts
• Sicherstellung einer effizienten Lagerbestandssteuerung
• Planung von Engpasssituationen und Alternativstrategien
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik, Qualität, Instandhaltung und Einkauf
• Teilnahme an Regelmeetings (Shopfloor, S&OP, Produktionsbesprechungen)
• Kommunikation von Terminrisiken und Kapazitätsengpässen
• Koordination produktionsrelevanter Änderungen (Engineering Changes, Stücklistenänderungen etc.)

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung oder Fertigungssteuerung wünschenswert
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (JDE E1)
• Kenntnisse in Lean Management und Prozessoptimierung von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise
• Durchsetzungsvermögen kombiniert mit Teamorientierung
• Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und Stressresistenz
