International Engineering Academy - Budapest

Build your engineering career. Work internationally.

We are inviting early career engineers from across the globe to join our Engineering Academy, based out of Budapest, Hungary. This is a 12 month, hands on programme designed to launch long term international engineering careers.

This is not a classroom-based scheme. You will work on real projects in a live manufacturing environment, alongside experienced engineers who expect you to contribute and grow.

On successful completion, you will have the opportunity to relocate to one of our international sites across the globe within the Performance Carbon global business unit. If you are applying from outside the EU, we fully support visa sponsorship and provide comprehensive relocation assistance to help you move and settle with confidence.

This is now the third cohort of this programme. Graduates from the first two cohorts are already deployed into challenging and exciting roles across the world, from the US, through Europe, to Shanghai.
