The Thermal Ceramics division designs, manufactures and installs a broad range of thermal insulation products that significantly reduce energy consumption and emissions in a variety of high temperature processing applications. Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain a safe, healthy and visual work place
  • Accountable for all the KPI ‘s for the production lines.
  • Adhere to the Autonomous maintenance practices in the production lines.
  • QMS / EMS system documentation & Compliance
  • Daily management - Identify and plan the resources (raw material, manpower, consumables & etc ) for day–to–day operations & shutdowns.
  • To lead continuous Improvement initiatives through Small group Activities.

 

Technical Responsibilities :

 

  • Plan, implement and control the production schedule by determining the required resources
  • Operation of process plant equipment’s in Value added lines.
  • Set, monitor and ensure Process parameters.
  • Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
  • Ensure efficient and effective collaboration with relevant departments including procurement, distribution.
  • Ensure Identification, traceability & documentation procedures as required.
  • Ensure Blankets / pyro log Quality parameters as per the Global standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Engineering
  • 5-6 years of experience in Morgan Fiber Plants in a similar role or 8-10 years of experience in a similar role in similar industry
  • Systems knowledge to operate JDE, Microsoft and other related tools
