Major Responsibilities:
The Manufacturing Plant Engineer’s responsibility is to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, maintain and improve processes, and improve equipment applications. They will help produce quality products on time by assisting the Process Engineer in matters of process adherence and will be working directly with and overseeing the maintenance team to establish and maintain adequate best practices for the business. This position is also responsible for the implementation of CI projects and the evaluation of emerging technologies to improve the manufacturing process. In addition, the Manufacturing Engineer will support all company initiatives including the transfer of products or equipment and the design of new processes, or equipment.
