The Technical Ceramics business of Morgan Advanced Materials engineers high performance functional and structural ceramic materials, components and sub-assemblies to address customer-specific technical challenges.

Collect and analyze production data to identify deviations or inefficiencies.
Use statistical tools for process control (SPC, DOE).
Adapt existing processes to new products or customer requirements.
Participate in the validation and commissioning of new equipment or production lines.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Knowledge of industrial processes, materials, and equipment.
Proficiency in quality and continuous improvement tools.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with technical software (AutoCAD, Minitab, ERP, etc.).
