Site ERP Implementation Co-Ordinator (D365)

FTC - 12-18 months

Corby, Northants

 

The Site ERP Implementation Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the successful rollout of the ERP system at the site level. As a local liaison between the global ERP project team and site operations, this individual will help ensure business continuity, coordinate change management efforts throughout the implementation, facilitate data collection and validation, identify and support future training activities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Main Point of Contact: Act as the local liaison between central programme teams and site stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
  • Responsible for the Highlander project plan for site
  • Identify business impacts and define action plans in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), the BU ERP Project Manager and report progress to the Transformation Programme Management Office (PMO).
  • Monitor site readiness and escalate issues or risks to the project teams and PMO through governance structure, as needed.
  • Define local training plan through training needs analysis and proactively develop, in conjunction with relevant stakeholders, to ensure timely knowledge and skill transfer.
  • Identification of other training initiatives, (For example, change management, project management, standard costing, MRPII) at the appropriate time and organise delivery.
  • Coordinate local testing effort including identification of scenarios
  • Participate in go-live preparation and hypercare support to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations and monitor adoption.
  • Working with Site Data Lead, highlight any issues or risks with regards to Data to project teams and PMO
  • Assisting with project documentation to support GBU ERP Project Managers.
  • Co-ordinate local stakeholder communications and engagements, monitoring efficacy and buy-in.
  • Highlighting resourcing issues and ensuring the project team has the necessary tools and personnel from the business at the right time.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the site’s operational and administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Comfortable with Excel, data validation, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

Time Commitment:
This is a temporary assignment for the duration of the ERP implementation, expected to last 12 months. Flexibility may be required during key phases of the project such as testing and go-live.
