Responsibilities

The Role

As a Production Associate, you'll help manufacture, inspect, and package products while working safely and following established processes. You'll receive on-the-job training and support as you learn different areas of the operation.
No two days are exactly the same, but you'll be part of a team that takes pride in producing quality products and getting the job done right.

What You'll Do

  • Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely
  • Manufacture, inspect, and package products to quality standards
  • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Support daily production goals and team objectives
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Attend daily accountability and production meetings
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Cross-train in different operational areas to build your skills

Qualifications

About You

  • You can communicate effectively in written and spoken English
  • You're reliable and able to work a full-time schedule
  • You have basic math skills and good attention to detail
  • You can safely lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assistance is available when required)
  • You have the visual acuity needed to inspect products and perform production tasks
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not essential
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
  • You're comfortable working in a safety-focused manufacturing environment
  • You can successfully complete pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug and alcohol screening
  • You meet U.S. work authorization requirements

  • 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

  • Starting at $18.00 per hour
