We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer - ERP Support to join our team at our Manufacturing plant in Capellen, Luxembourg on an 15-month fixed-term contract. This role is essential in supporting customer service demands, and administrative operations, ensuring smooth data management, accurate documentation to our customers.

Responsibilities
• Provide temporary support during new ERP migration, focusing on support for the Customer Service Department.
• Customer order preparation and processing.
