Morgan Advanced Materials is looking for a Production Support Specialist to join our Production and Planning team. In this role, you'll help keep critical operations running smoothly by supporting projects, improving processes, and providing essential administrative and analytical support.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Temporary assignment through May 2027

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Support Production and Planning teams with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Create, maintain, and analyze reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation.
  • Track operational metrics and assist with project coordination activities.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth communication and execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, production, or administrative teams.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
  • A positive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.
