The NPI Lead will evaluate process efficiency, effectiveness, quality and safety from a point of view of critical areas on the NPI Process development. Identifying areas of opportunity for improvement, with the purpose of developing a solid and efficient process from the beginning, aimed to reduce waste, process time and standardize processes.
The NPI Lead has the responsibility to define production processes as simple yet capable to meet customer requirements. Manage and control efficiency, productivity and quality on processes, and development of lean tools.
At Morgan, we ensure the safety of travelers and enable the efficiency gains of modern aerospace engines through the development of turbine engine components with our industry leading material performance and high-volume production processes.
