 This position oversees the daily operations of a production team, ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes. They are responsible for coordinating staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Key duties include delegating tasks, troubleshooting issues, and monitoring performance to meet production goals.

• Supervising and Training:

  Lead Production Supervisors manage and mentor a team of production staff, ensuring they understand and follow procedures, operate machinery safely, and meet quality standards. 

   
• Workflow Optimization:

  They organize the production process, assign tasks, and schedule work to maximize efficiency and meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. 

   
• Quality Control:

  They monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to maintain or enhance product quality. 

   
• Safety Compliance:

  They enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure a safe working environment for the team. 

   
• Troubleshooting:

  They address issues that arise during the production process, such as equipment malfunctions or material shortages, and find solutions to keep production running smoothly. 

   
• Performance Management:

  They monitor employee attendance and performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance assessments. 

   
• Inventory Management:

  They may be involved in tracking and managing inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies for production and minimizing waste. 

   
• Reporting:

  They create reports on production performance, highlighting successes and areas needing attention
