Responsibilities

Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Terminierung und Nachverfolgung von Fertigungsaufträgen in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Pflege von Stücklisten und Arbeitsplänen, Revisionen verwalten
  • Kalkulation, Nachkalkulation
  • Fremdfertiger organisieren
  • Sicherstellung der Termintreue in Abstimmung mit den Teamleitungen der Produktionsbereiche.
  • Koordination und Steuerung der Fertigungsaufträge in Abstimmung mit den vor- und nachgelagerten Abteilungen.
  • Kontrolle von Herstellungskosten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei allen administrativen Aufgaben.

Anforderungen an die Position

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung als Industriekaufmann /-frau (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Kenntnisse von Produktionsabläufen
  • technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Kommunikative, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Hands-On-Mentalität
