We are looking for a motivated Data Administrator to join our team at our Manufacturing plant in Capellen, Luxembourg on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This role is essential in supporting our transport, logistics, and administrative operations, ensuring smooth data management, accurate documentation, and timely shipments to our customers.

Transport & Logistics
Prepare and issue shipping documents (B/L, certificates, etc.)
Complete standard and special transport/export documentation
Track and evaluate transport prices with the logistics team
Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) for carriers and select the most efficient options
Understand basic transport rules, including Incoterms
Manage any transport-related disputes (e.g., damages or delays)
Data & Communication
Maintain and update information in the ERP system
Ensure accurate information is shared with relevant departments and properly archived
Participate in shipping meetings and provide administrative support
Invoices & Credit Notes
Issue invoices and credit notes for orders and consignment stocks
Verify and control transport invoices for accuracy
Compliance & Safety
Follow ISO 9100 quality management procedures
Comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations
Proven administrative or assistant experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain
Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with ERP systems
Strong organizational and planning skills
