Responsibilities

 

Job Position purpose:

 

This position falls within Human Resources Management and its purpose is to efficiently and effectively fill open positions by creating viable talent pipelines, fostering a great candidate experience, and acting as an internal business partner. You will lead the onboarding process for the facility, developing the plan, personalizing it for individuals, and ensuring it is followed to ensure new employees have a valuable onboarding experience. You will also propose and develop activity programs to increase employee loyalty, fostering a healthy and safe organizational environment.

 

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for filling vacancies at the Atlacomulco Plant, based on the requirements of the departments, by recruiting through established means; conducts interviews and selection processes, provides feedback to the requesting department on the results of the process, conducts background checks when applicable, and requests approval for the hiring and the job offer, informing the finalist of the decision, as well as providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates on the process to effectively close each process.

• Responsible for managing the services provided to employees, including the following: Dining Room Service (including grills, water dispensers, microwave ovens, tables, chairs, etc.); Locker Rooms, showers, and restrooms; Meeting and training rooms; Tables in green areas; Staff transportation; by conducting tours to verify the proper functioning of services, reporting faults, and following up on solutions; and by preparing reports on the status of services to be sent periodically to the immediate supervisor and the management team.

• Responsible for leading cultural, social, and sports activities organized for employees, applying integration dynamics that enhance Morgan-Atlacomulco's sense of belonging and team spirit.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree or graduate degree. Preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Administration, Human Resources.
• At least 5 years in a similar position

• Desirable: intermediate English B1
• Good emotional intelligence and effective communication skills
