The Technical Ceramics business of Morgan Advanced Materials engineers high performance functional and structural ceramic materials, components and sub-assemblies to address customer-specific technical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, returns, and credits
  • Assist in resolving customer issues through internal channels
  • Review daily order reports, addressing any discrepancies to ensure compliance with customer service level agreements
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English: verbal and written communication (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1 year of experience in administrative processes / Customer service (interaction with U.S. citizens)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (SAP/C) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Schedule flexibility
