Marketing & Communications Intern – Thermal Ceramics EMEA

Location: Casalpusterlengo, Italy

Duration: 6–12 month internship

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for content creation, design, and storytelling? Join our Thermal Ceramics EMEA business as a Marketing & Communications Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Part of Morgan Advanced Materials, Thermal Ceramics is a global leader in high-performance insulation solutions used in a wide range of industries including energy, transportation, and manufacturing. We develop and supply advanced materials that support energy efficiency, emissions reduction, and thermal management in critical applications.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of a content strategy aligned with business goals
  • Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, videos, and animations
  • Support internal and external communication efforts, including articles and messaging campaigns
  • Assist in the coordination and promotion of corporate events such as product launches, trade shows, and conferences

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong creative and design skills, with experience using graphic and video tools (Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign and Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and contribute
