Job Overview

 

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Specialist to enhance our brand presence. This role focuses on crafting compelling narratives through social media (primarily LinkedIn), developing marketing collateral, managing trade show participation, and fostering internal collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, capable of driving engagement and alignment across a global matrix organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Social Media Plan & Management: Work with group marketing to increase Performance Carbon’s exposure on social media, including but not limited to create content, manage campaigns, analyze metrics (engagement, lead generation), and grow follower base. 
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Produce high-impact materials (brochures, case studies, whitepapers) in collaboration with product / sales teams and external graphic designer.
  • Trade Show & Event Coordination: Plan and execute logistics for trade shows (booth design, vendor coordination, pre/post-event promotions). Collaborate with sales team to maximize lead capture and post-event follow-up. 
  • Projects Management & Internal Coordination: Partner with group marketing, sales, and product teams to align other marketing related projects / campaigns with business objectives. Facilitate cross-regional communication to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign ROI, prepare reports, and adjust plan based on data insights.

 

Qualifications

Requirements

 

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in marketing communications, preferably in B2B environments. Proven success in managing LinkedIn campaigns and trade show participation. 
  • Skills: Strong project management; able to multitask in fast-paced settings. Fluency in English, additional languages (e.g. Chinese) are a plus. 
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, collaborative, and culturally aware. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Industrial / Energy / Transportation / Semiconductor sectors
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Website CMS / MS Dynamics 365 system

Existing network of European vendors / agencies (social media, graphics design)
