Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and resourceful Maintenance Logistics Specialist & Supply Room Coordinator to join our Coudersport, PA facility. This is a key support role within our maintenance team, ensuring the right parts and supplies are available when needed, tracking budgets and inventory, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor maintenance inventory, including spare parts, supplies, and tooling
  • Process purchase orders, source components, and negotiate pricing in coordination with Purchasing
  • Track maintenance-related spend and inventory value vs budget
  • Ensure spare parts are available and linked to the appropriate work orders in the CMMS
  • Coordinate with external contractors, schedule site visits, and verify compliance with safety standards
  • Maintain supplier records, manuals, and ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date
  • Support maintenance planning meetings and participate in site-wide 6S and safety activities
  • Provide custodial direction where needed

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP/CMMS systems (desired)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • US person status as defined by 22CFR120.15 (required)
