  • Ensure full compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, including the conditions of the AIA permit and relevant national/international legislation.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems in line with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and corporate standards.
  • Lead site EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments, and manage corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate environmental monitoring and reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate communication with authorities and corporate stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility through training, awareness campaigns, and active employee engagement.
  • Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective measures.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with local authorities for EHS matters, including regulatory inspections and permit updates.
  • Support the implementation of corporate sustainability and EHS initiatives at site level.
  • Lead the emergency preparedness and response programs, ensuring plans are in place, tested, and understood.
  • Report EHS KPIs and performance metrics to both local and corporate management.

  • In-depth knowledge of AIA regulations and continuous process operations.
  • Strong understanding of EHS management systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working in a multinational organization is preferred.
  • RSPP qualification or willingness to obtain it is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
