Join Our Finance Leadership Team as EMEA P2P Manager – Katowice, Poland (Hybrid)

Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic, international finance team? We’re looking for an experienced EMEA P2P Manager to join our EMEA Shared Services Centre in Katowice. In this permanent and hybrid role (3 days/week in the office), you’ll report directly to the EMEA Accounting Shared Service Manager and collaborate virtually with colleagues across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as with our head office in Windsor, UK.

This is your opportunity to make a real impact by leading the Procure-to-Pay function, improving processes, driving automation, and managing a talented, multicultural team across the region.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

End-to-End P2P Ownership:

  • Oversee the entire P2P process from procurement to payment.
  • Ensure accurate processing of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Align operations with internal controls, accounting policies, and tax legislation.

Process Development & Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Analyze workflows, remove bottlenecks, and improve the financial health of P2P operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy within ERP systems and master data.

Cash & Compliance:

  • Monitor cash spend and support monthly forecasts and budgeting.
  • Review contract terms, supplier surveys, and compliance with VAT and corporate tax regulations.
  • Lead internal controls and ensure all audit findings are addressed.

Employee Expenses:

  • Lead the EMEA-wide expenses process – from claims to payments.
  • Ensure compliance with tax legislation and internal policies.
  • Be the go-to person for the automated expense system and its improvement.

People Leadership:

  • Manage and develop an international team of 8–9 people remotely.
  • Drive high performance, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across regions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Experience in Accounts Payable or P2P in a multinational environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with prior experience managing a team.
  • Ability to work independently, with a hands-on and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent English communication skills (another European language is a plus).
  • Solid experience in process improvement, financial reporting, and system implementation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (JDE E1 is a plus).
  • Familiarity with European tax and labor laws and working across multiple cultures.
