The Technical Ceramics business of Morgan Advanced Materials engineers high performance functional and structural ceramic materials, components and sub-assemblies to address customer-specific technical challenges.

Our Technical Ceramics business works in selected segments of the electronics, energy, healthcare, industrial, petrochemicals, security and transport markets, typically in close collaborative customer relationships.

Major Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage a quality control system designed to ensure continuous production of products that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. Ensure that the quality system meets or exceeds the requirements of customers and 3rd party accreditation bodies and are consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals. Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to a team of quality/process engineers, technicians, supervisors, and inspectors. Define roles and responsibilities, communicate expectations, and hold direct reports accountable. Provide inspirational leadership throughout.
