Pay: From £12.50 per hour, plus shift allowance
Shifts: Monday – Thursday (10pm – 6am), Friday (5pm – 10:30pm)

Join our Mix Room Team at Morgan Advanced Materials in Corby, where you'll play a vital role in preparing ceramic materials for our production processes, primarily supporting the aerospace industry.

What You'll Do

• Accurately weigh and prepare ceramic raw materials according to specific recipe formulations.
• Operate large-scale batch mixing equipment (from 40kg to 550kg capacity).
• Safely distribute finished ceramic mixes throughout the injection production area.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for your work area and equipment.
• Use internal software systems to manage raw materials and scrap effectively.

What You'll Bring

• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong numeracy and measurement skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to follow instructions closely, with attention to detail.
• Flexible and proactive approach to your work and hours.
