Job Purpose:
The HR Assistant supports and facilitates the Human Resource processes at Site level. This role makes optimum use of human resources in the achievement of business objectives by administering the monthly time & attendance reporting, assisting in developing and implementing programs in the areas of recruiting, employee communication, employee recognition, and employee engagement. Incumbent will be responsible for accurately and securely maintain up to date information within Morgan’s Employee Information Management System (MEIS), Morgan’s Time & Attendance System and records/files within HR.
