Responsibilities

Purpose of the job:
The job is to monitor the execution of the electric brush production plan as well as billing for the local market. Likewise, the job is to attend to, follow up on and resolve customer requirements that arise due to quality deviations in the products.

 

Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for issuing the finished product shipping program, as well as scheduling deliveries corresponding to direct distribution from the Plant, following up until receipt.
• Responsible for delivering to the Finance area the information related to the shipments made and requesting the generation and sending of invoices to customers; also, attends to and resolves situations in which Finance requires further information to continue collecting from customers and ensure a healthy portfolio.
• Responsible for receiving orders and printing work orders. Reviews the order information and captures it in the database. Also, responsible for the order fulfillment report, where the number of orders received and the number of brushes per day and line is recorded. Sends the report to the programmer to request from Greenville the orders for the missing parts according to the program.
• Keep the client informed about the progress of their orders, as well as give notice in case of any barrier to comply with the requirements requested by the client.
• Is responsible for monitoring the shipment of the CUPEX line, ensuring that the shipment is executed on the dates requested by the client.

 

Qualifications

Technical skills:
• Knowledge of the supply chain
• Experience using ERP
• Intermediate-advanced level Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of inventory control

 

Education: Completed Bachelor's degree (Desirable)
1 year of experience in a similar position or 2 years in customer service positions.
