Responsibilities

HR Generalist – Join Our Team in Manufacturing!

Are you passionate about HR and looking for a dynamic role that blends hands-on operational tasks with exciting talent development initiatives? We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in a manufacturing environment, where you'll not only handle core HR responsibilities but also play a key role in managing the Morgan Manufacturing Academy, helping to shape and develop the next generation of talent!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing the company’s recruitment and selection processes (white and blue collars).
  • Supporting new employees with onboarding and integration.
  • Identifying training needs and coordinating development programs.
  • Enhancing internal communication and employee engagement.
  • Leading Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Developing and improving HR policies, processes, and systems (career management, performance management, etc.).
  • Driving HR-related projects across the company.
  • Overseeing the Morgan Engineering Academy to foster young talent.
  • Ensuring labour law compliance and handling legal HR matters.
  • Performing HR controlling tasks.

Qualifications

  • What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a HR role within a manufacturing company.
    • Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
    • Good knowledge of Hungarian labour law.
    • Proactive, independent, and responsible mindset.
