Responsibilities

 

  • Management of the company's recruitment and selection processes.
  • Supporting the integration of new employees, operating and developing the onboarding program.
  • Assessing training needs, planning, organizing and monitoring training and development programs.
  • Developing internal communication and incentive systems.
  • Coordinating Employer Branding activities.
  • Developing, implementing, developing and operating HR processes, systems, policies (career management, performance management).
  • Initiating and monitoring HR-related projects within the company.
  • Coordinating the Morgan Engineering Academy.
  • Managing labout law issues.
  • Performing HR controlling tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in economics.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational manufacturing companyl
  • Communication-level English language skills.
  • Knowledge of Hungarian labor law.
  • Independence and responsibility.
