Overview

Conscious that predictability is the key for our business growth and profitability we are reinforcing our Regional Planning team with a position of Regional Demand planner. Voice of the Customer within regional operations team, you play a central role in contributing to increase Customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain manager, you collaborate proactively with several departments including Sales, Marketing and Operations to align the organization around Customer centricity. 

 

Main Role: 

You have a strategic role in piloting Demand steps of the regional Sales Inventory & Operation Planning ,controlling services level are in line with company engagement and contributing in process continuous improvements. 

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities: 

  • Pilot Sales forecasting and traduce it into Demand plan for the whole region  
  • Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers. 
  • Detect market demand challenges and design planning processes (SIOP, MPS, MRP) necessary to answer to it. 
  • Pilot S&OE weekly meeting to control planning execution and take appropriate actions in case of any deviations 

Performance accountability 

  • Customer’s satisfaction: Compliance to Service Level agreement 
  • Process: Sales forecast accuracy 
  • Finance : Working Capital 

Qualifications

Hard Skills: 

  • Strategic business understanding 
  • Basic knowledge of Sales and Marketing processes 
  • Good understanding of End To End Supply Chain  
  • Statistical Forecasting techniques 
  • Strong knowledge in SIOP, MPS processes 
  • ERP, APS 
  • Strong analytical skills

English : Fluent mandatory writing speaking 

4 years’ experience in a similar role / manufacturing context
