Planner
The planner organises production from order entry upstream to delivery downstream. It is the planner who will guarantee deliveries in terms of quantity and on time to Customer Service at the best possible cost for the company. They assess and plan production requirements according to forecasts and stock variations.
- Schedules, plans and manages production jobs.
- In conjunction with purchasing and the warehouse, optimises and coordinates product and information flows.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and monitored.
- Measures the performance delivered to the Production customer.
- Measures the performance delivered by the supplier Production
- Measures the production workshop workload and works closely with the sector managers to smooth out and adapt the capacity of the production resources.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks required.
- Respect the quality management procedure ISO 9100 and the internal rules.
- Respect the environment and safety rules.
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in ERP standard.
- Office package including Excel at advanced level.
- English is a plus for exchanges with Sales and Customer Service.

The Seals and Bearings business of Morgan Advanced Materials makes high-performance self-lubricating bearing and seal components, predominantly used in pumps, industrial and domestic, or other sealing applications.
We use advanced carbon/graphite, silicon carbide, alumina and zirconia materials to engineer lightweight, low-friction bearings and seals. These materials help solve the problems associated with the use of lubricants in extreme temperatures, corrosive or hygienic environments where access is restricted, and are engineered into products which provide customer-specific solutions.
