Morgan Advanced Materials is looking for a Financial Systems Accountant to join our Group Finance function in Windsor. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across a global organisation, ensuring seamless financial consolidation and driving improvements in financial systems and processes.

What You’ll Do:

As the Financial Systems Accountant, you’ll:

• Manage Financial Systems: Support the maintenance and development of our consolidation system, including upgrades, new functionality, and documentation.
• Enable User Success: Train new and existing users on system functionality, ensuring effective utilisation of tools across global finance teams.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Group Finance team, local finance teams, IT, and third-party support to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Play a significant role in system integration projects, particularly with the Group's new ERP implementation, enhancing process efficiency and user experience.
• Own Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate consolidation processes, multi-currency reporting, and streamlined workflows to support Group financial reporting.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Bring:

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

• Accounting Expertise: Experience in accounting and financial consolidation, ideally holding a recognised qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience in managing group consolidation systems and driving changes such as upgrades, design, testing, and deployment.
• Multi-Currency Experience: Expertise in financial reporting for multi-currency operations.
• Collaboration Skills: Exceptional communication abilities to work across global teams and effectively articulate complex concepts.
• Project Management Skills: Experience juggling multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Self-Starter Attitude: A proactive approach to problem-solving, responsibility-taking, and contributing to team succession planning.
