The Thermal Ceramics division designs, manufactures and installs a broad range of thermal insulation products that significantly reduce energy consumption and emissions in a variety of high temperature processing applications. Responsibilities

Job Purpose

  • Cultivating robust relationships with customers (distributors, end-users, fabricators) to ensure their needs are not just met, but exceeded.
  • Promptly resolving customer concerns to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Consistently surpassing sales targets by:
    • Expanding customer investment in our products and services across assigned territories.
    • Acquiring new business and winning over competitors.
    • Analyzing sales and marketing data to optimize strategies for specific market segments.
    • Devising innovative sales tactics to boost territory sales.
    • Maintaining strong brand visibility within assigned territories.

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager (TSM) with a proven track record in driving market growth. Join a thriving company with a diverse team of sales professionals. The TSM will strategically lead sales efforts in their territory, ensuring maximum market penetration and revenue generation. This role involves managing distributor and end-user relationships, collaborating with our business development team, and reporting to the Nationall Sales Manager.  Candidate will be located in Missouri or Oklahoma.

 

This position demands a quick rapport-building ability, coupled with a proactive approach to achieving detailed, results-oriented work. The ideal candidate will excel at selling concepts, thrive in collaborative environments, and make decisions that benefit the entire organization.

 

Qualifications

  • Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively showcase our full range.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and pricing.
  • Utilize CRM systems for accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with knowledge of refractory or insulation products desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
