Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems designed to ensure materials that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. Ensure that these quality systems meet or exceed the requirements of our ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100:D Certifications and are consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals. Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to a team of quality engineers, quality control inspectors, technicians, or professionals. Define roles and responsibilities, communicate expectations, and hold direct reports accountable across the Coudersport and St Marys sites to effectively deliver the essential functions of the QA/QC groups. Provide input to site management meetings including developing and reporting out KPI’s on a regular basis.
