Job purpose:
Its purpose is the continuous improvement of production processes in the plant, through redesigning processes, implementing technology, innovating solutions in tooling, safety guards, ergonomics, software, etc., while ensuring safe working conditions for operators. in each station and promote improvements in efficiency, time reduction, energy savings, etc., in order to obtain the maximum benefit from the installed production capacity.
