Multi-Site HR Manager
Location: St. Marys & Coudersport, PA, USA
Division: Performance Carbon

Looking to take on a leadership role within an evolving manufacturing industry? As our Multi-Site HR Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies that support talent development, operational growth, and employee engagement across our facilities in St. Marys and Coudersport PA.

 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Health & Safety Focus: Partner with the EHS function to enhance the health, safety, and well-being of all employees through initiatives like ThinkSafe and ThinkGreen.
  • Develop HR Strategy: Build and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, including resourcing, learning & development, and performance management.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams in Production, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS to achieve the site's operational goals.
  • Drive Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and well-being, driving a culture of safety and inclusiveness.
  • Resourcing & Talent Development: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management efforts to ensure that the business attracts and retains top talent. Support leadership development programs.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure legal compliance, internal audit preparation, and handle ethics and compliance matters.
  • Support Collective Bargaining: Lead collective bargaining negotiations and support managers in administering and adhering to collective bargaining agreements.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

    • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
    • HR qualification (CIPD, PHR, SPHR) or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience in HR Management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a multi-site role.
    • Strong knowledge of US employment laws and collective bargaining processes.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels an a multinatioal organisation.
