We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our Thermal Ceramics team for a 1-year placement. You’ll gain valuable insights into how customer service plays a crucial role in business success, while working in a supportive and dynamic international team.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Support: Assist with managing less demanding customers, including intercompany clients who communicate in English and German.
• Communication: Respond to customer email inquiries regarding lead times, missing documentation, and other order-related questions.
• Order Management: Check and process transportation costs into orders and manage customer complaints.
• Inbox Management: Oversee the general email inbox and ensure timely responses to all queries.
• International Collaboration: Be part of an international team and support customer service activities across various regions and departments.

What You’ll Bring:

• Languages: Fluency in English is a must and any other languages such as German or French would be a plus.
• Flexibility: Ability to commit to at least half-time work alongside your studies.
• Proactive Approach: Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks, supporting the wider team where needed.
