As a Green Machinist I, you will operate both manual and CNC equipment to produce parts that meet exacting customer specifications. Whether you're setting up tools or making adjustments on the fly, your attention to detail will help us deliver high-quality products every time.

What You'll Do:

• Operate a variety of manual and CNC machining equipment.
• Set up parts and perform tooling changes with precision and care.
• Minimize rework by shrinking products to customer-specified sizes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety guidelines every step of the way.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not required).
• A high school diploma or GED.
• A passion for hands-on work and a willingness to learn.
• Regular and predictable attendance—because we can’t do it without you!

Equipment You’ll Be Working With:

As a Green Machinist I, you’ll get hands-on experience with some of the industry’s top equipment, performing both set-up and running operations:

Working Environment:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
• Overtime and holiday work may be required based on business needs.
• Expect to work in a dusty, noisy environment with some extreme heat—but we provide all the safety gear you’ll need!

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, and operating equipment.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50-75 lbs.
• Regular use of personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection.
