Role : IT SITE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Location: Fostoria, OH (also supporting ,Twinsburg and Parma OH & Elkhart, IND)

Duration : Contractor

 

The Role:

IT services on a green footprint that maximize our people’s capabilities to drive business value.

In this role you will be offering on site IT support at our at Fostoria OH facility, (with monthly visits to our Twinsburg, Parma and Elkhart sites) and offering wider support to the IT team at other sites as required

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 

In this role you will build and maintain IT relationship with sites and support their IT experience

You’ll ensure resolution of incidents and requests, while always keeping users up-to-date

You will support users in their IT proficiency to maximize value from IT Services

You will also support programs, projects, asset management and local IT management

Qualifications

Your background:

To succeed in the role you will need to have 1-3 years of experience in IT support, site support, or a related role, as well as hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues at the site level.

You will be good at diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.

The role will need your strong customer service and communication skills for assisting end-users on-site.

Working knowledge on Intune would be a distinct advantage.

If you have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field it would be preferred but is not always required, although relevant certifications, such as ITIL, or equivalent, are beneficial.
