Overview

Regional Supply Planner

In a context where Supply agility is key for business growth and profitability, we are looking for a Supply Planner for the region EMEA. Responsible for planning the supply of products from several product categories in order to meet forecasted demand with targeted service level and optimize operational costs (manufacturing, inventory & logistics). Under the responsibility of the EMEA Supply Chain Manager you will work closely with plant to be aware of requirements and capacities. You will work on constrained supplies to debottleneck and drive gap resolution. You will ensure a smooth roll-up between SIOP strategic horizon and the MPS near term 1-3-month horizon. To facilitate that, site schedulers report to you functionality.

 

Responsibilities

Main Role:

 

Back Bone of the SIOP process, you have a strategical role that consist in reconciling demand and supply for define product lines, detect and resolve any mismatch in order to ensure and improve end customer service level while ensuring profitability targets.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly SIOP Supply Planning steps with plant for assigned Global Product Lines
  • Create a comprehensive Supply plan considering Demand, Lead Times and capacity constraints
  • Define the level of inventory required to ensure Customer satisfaction and reach working capital targets
  • Coordinate local MPS exercise with the sites and ensure adherence to SIOP supply plan
  • Work closely with plants to coordinate Supply plan execution, identifying errors or deviations and solve demand/supply conflicts
  • Pilot performance for the Global Product Lines you are in charge of.
  • Performance accountability:

· Customer satisfaction : On Time Shipment, Stock availability

· Process : SIOP & MPS Planning adherence

· Finance : Stock level for the assigned Product Lines

Qualifications

Skills:

 

4 years’ experience in Supply Chain planning functions

Strong oral and written communication skills.

SIOP, MPS, MRP fundamentals

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to proactively engage others to resolve issues

Ability to influence others at all levels of the organization through collaboration

Fluent English

APICS basics required, S&OP certification is a plus
